It is possible to upload files (but perhaps as you haven't posted the minimum messages, it won't let you).
Use the "Full Editor and "Preview" (grey button below the message window) but that's not the correct way to post the FPA. It's design to produce the mark up code suitable for posting as a message in the forum.
The only other way would be to restore your site from backup to a point before this issue started (please say you have a backup....).
